Organizations have been using Computer Based Training (CBT) for years. Now you’ve been hearing about all the organizations that are moving their CBT to the Internet or Intranet. You’ve been thinking about it but how do you decide if YOUR project should be migrated?

The following Web-based Training Decision Aid was created to help you. It summarizes a number of key considerations. Keep in mind -- this is a guideline only. Some of the categories may or may not be applicable to you and your organization.

To use the decision aid, assign a point value in the "PTS" box by typing a number, using the guidelines provided. Once the form is complete, click on the "Calculate Results" button. This will score the form and return feedback in the "Feedback Box" below. Use the "Reset all values" button to clear input values and begin again.
